Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait saw a mixed performance during the week ended 26 April, marking the second weekly mixed performance in a row.
The All-Share Market index edged up 5.5 points, or 0.12%, to hit 4,803 points, from 4,797.48 points in the previous week.
The Premier Market index jumped 37.2 points, or 0.78%, to 4,810.39 points, compared to 4,773.19 points in the week ended 19 April.
On the flipside, the main market index tumbled 1.05% or near 51 points to 4,788.55 points, from 4,839.37 points in the prior week.
On a weekly basis, traded volume increased 15.8% to 339.9 million shares this week, compared to 293.49 million shares in the week before.
Liquidity levelled up 20.2% to KWD 52.55 million in the week ended on 26 April, from KWD 43.73 million a week earlier.
Transactions grew 19.7% to 14,870, compared to 12,420 in the prior week.
